When will you open for dine in?

We open for dine in meals on Wednesday 3 June. We are limited to 20 diners for the size of our venue: 12 inside and 8 on the balcony. Dine-in will be restricted to bookings only as this is how we can control social distancing as per the Victorian guidelines. Final guidelines will be provided by State Government on Monday 25 May. We will provide patrons with COVID guidelines on booking.

Where are your takeaway meals cooked?

All meals are cooked in our commercial kitchen at Zebra Bar & Bistro which has a current City of Greater Geelong Food Premises Licence.

Are you offering meals from your restaurant menu?

Yes, over the past two weeks we have been working hard to offer meals from our restaurant menu.

Can I come in to Zebra Bar & Bistro to order my Zebra 2 U Meal?

We have strict social distancing in place in our venue. That means all orders need to be made and paid for over the phone 03 52553961.

Are the meals served hot or cold?

The Zebra 2 U Meals you receive will be hot, ready to eat.

Can we reheat our meal?

Yes. 

Will your menu change?

We will be revising our menu each week. We will make these changes on our website and advise you on our Facebook page.

Are you open 7 days a week?

We have only just started Zebra 2 U. We are currently open Wed to Sun. However, events change daily as you know. We will keep you informed by Facebook and our website.

Why aren’t you offering on-line ordering?

We need to control the number of orders due to stock levels. This is easier to do with phone orders.

How long will my take away order take?

When you place your order we ask what time you would prefer to pick up. We will try to accommodate you within 15 minutes of your preferred time. Rock up to the carpark at the time and we will bring your meal to you.

Why do I need to give you my car registration?

We need to bring your takeaway Zebra 2 U Meals to your car. This means we can bring it directly to your car. If you prefer just let us know the make, model and colour of your car.

Do I need to get out of my car?

We recommend you leave your boot or your car deal open so we can simply put your Zebra 2 U Meals in your car. This eliminates any contact.

Will I receive a receipt for payment?

We will staple a copy of your EFTPOS receipt to your Zebra 2 U Meal pack.

Can I pre-order my Takeaway?

You can pre-order your Takeaway from 2pm daily and let us know when you want to pick up your Takeaway between 4pm and 8pm. We will post daily on Facebook when we are open for pre-orders.

ZEBRA 2 U LIQUOR

Can I order more than 2 bottles of wine with my order?

Liquor Licensing has made strict limits on our temporary Liquor Licence for Takeaway and Home Delivery. The limit is 2 bottles of wine or 1 bottle of wine and six 375ml beer stubbies.
